Maarit got a recorder for her birthday (thank you Matt and Kaitlyn!) and she can play it pretty well actually. I tried to get a better video, one where she's making more notes, but she had gotten interested in the camera and Daddy...maybe another time, still she can make notes and she loves to carry it around with her for anytime music making.
Maarit walked for the first time on Oct. 3, but then went through a period of time when she refused to walk without holding hands with us. This video was taken last weekend after she'd started walking on her own again. Then on Sunday night she suddenly decided that she wanted to be a walker after all and now she walks all over the place! It's the cutest little beginner walker toddle....so precious.
