On July 13th we hosted a Welcoming Celebration for Gustaf at the field where we were married on Nana and Papa's property in Two Harbors. As guide parents/mentors we chose Adam and Nicole Johnson and Aaron and Annemieke Ciuffo. We were lucky to also have many other family and friends join us to celebrate as well.

Gustaf's day was very special and we were blessed to have so many family and friends join us for the day. After the ceremony we had lunch and then went to town to see the Two Harbors Heritage Days parade. Maarit was thrilled with her huge bag of candy. We spent the rest of the day playing games and visiting with everyone. Welcome to the World Gustaf, we are so glad you're here!
