Norway Daily Moments...

This post is mostly pictures of us from the past few weeks doing everyday things. We have settled into a very peaceful routine and we are having a wonderful time at school and at home. Life is good.

Some interesting graffiti in downtown Stavanger. Graffiti on public spaces is quite popular here. We were pretty surprised by this. At first it bothered me, but now I have gotten used it seeing it, and some is pretty interesting and (sometimes) even pretty.

Maarit playing at the oil museum park. This is a park made of many different items from oil exploration and extraction. It is a really fun park for big and little kids.

Neighborhood beautiful flowers. Many, many flowers are still in bloom here.
Fjord rocks underwater. I love the rocks here. They are striped, shiny, bumpy and interesting. Maarit loves them too. She has collected tons of "farckle rocks" (sparkle rocks).
Maarit participated in an animal parade with her class during Spirit week. She wanted to be a mouse caring an owl in her float.
